Use of the required infrastructure
For the development and production of your food products, we offer you more than 1,000 square meters of laboratory and pilot plant space with pilot plants for the production of liquid , solid or powdered food products .
In addition, we provide you with access to coworking spaces and meeting rooms.
Founding students of the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences from all degree programs, as well as all employees, have free access to the entire infrastructure.

As HSWT students interested in starting your own business, you can acquire the necessary expertise in entrepreneurship and business creation through various modules, such as "Food Startup Founding" or "Practical Development of Your Own Food Innovations." For external aspiring founders, we offer an academy program – subject to sufficient demand – which typically takes place once a year.
Those interested in starting a business from agriculture, gastronomy, crafts and the entire food sector are very welcome.
