Just in time for the rise in temperatures in Germany and the start of summer, our certificate participants are really stepping on the gas when it comes to "cooling down the body and mind".

Awaken feelings of home with milk ice cream from the Allgäu/ice cream from the ice cream hut

Sonja, a participant in the certificate course from the second batch, applied in 2022 with the idea of producing milk ice cream with as few additives as possible, from the milk of her neighboring cows in the Allgäu region, and successfully completed the 2023 certificate.

After graduation, she continued to pursue her idea and shortly thereafter founded her startup Eisglut. She was also able to realize her desire to sell her ice cream in small ice cream huts for passing walkers, hikers and simply anyone who wants a quick refreshment. Since a few days, her delicious milk ice creations are available in 2 small huts in the Allgäu.

 

Fruit ice cream from Ecuador

Also in the last certification course, which ended in early July, there was ice cream to taste and develop - Furchteis from Paulina with Hilli Fruits. Paulina's idea is to bring the fruity diversity of Ecuador to Germany, which she has done so far only with her preservative-free fruit purees. Now followed a few days ago the opening of their own ice cream parlor in Rodalben. There you can enjoy her exotic fruit ice cream offer from now on, which delights not only small but also big in the Rodalbener Hauptstraße.

So packed up the loved ones and planned a trip to the Allgäu and Rodalben for a pleasant and special cooling!
