As part of the competition for the next generation of most promising food startups, the following won the race this year:

These are the FoodNextGens 2024:

❇️ Nootz : Tassilo Schwendtke brings the tropical feeling to us with his delicious coconut smoothies. All smoothies are organic, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free and free of artificial additives.

❇️ Viva la Faba : The founders Ariana Alva Ferrari and Jan Haberzettl have developed an innovative plant-based cheese based on legumes. Their revolutionary protein platform based on organic Fabo beans aims to transform the food industry and offer consumers high-quality, sustainable and healthy cheese alternatives.

❇️ QISU : Javier Manrique presents a crunchy snack and crouton made exclusively from 100% cheese - without any additives! The cheese-to-go is high in protein, gluten-free and packaged in 100% recyclable packaging.

❇️ RECHARGE with JUMA : The SPORTS DRINK from Carlos Lopez Granado combines the natural caffeine boost from the Guayusa leaf with electrolytes and vitamins. He has developed a unique tin with a screw cap for this purpose.

❇️ Kooray : Founders Yael Hornik and Kevin Hornik make spicy curries easy with their natural, 100% plant-based, organic instant curry sauce powder. Simply add water and create a delicious, restaurant-quality curry sauce in 3 minutes.

❇️ eleven ferments : Adam Mandoki launches his product portfolio of fermented foods with his Black Butter, where the nutty aroma of ghee meets the umami bombs of black garlic, shoyu and tamari sauce.
