What constitutes a healthy diet for you personally?

A healthy diet is a gut-friendly diet. For us it means focusing on prebiotics (lots and varied vegetables, various fibers) and probiotics (foods with live bacterial cultures).

Microbiome management is central to your production: What does the term mean and how do you implement it?

Our formula ensures that our products are optimized for intestinal health

    1. Our kimchi is 100% naturally free of any additives (e.g. sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, other artificial additives) as well as fat and gluten
    2. The products are unpasteurized (not heat-treated) so that the bacterial cultures are preserved
    3. Through our laboratory analyzes we know exactly which intestinal-friendly bacterial cultures are present in our products and we inform our customers about them

What role does sustainability play in your company?

For us, sustainability primarily means sustainable and healthy nutrition. Our products can be consumed without hesitation because they are free from unhealthy ingredients and are sustainably produced from regional vegetables.
