Society is currently rethinking the consumption of food , which is characterized by the desire for regionality as well as high-quality nutritional products.
The trust in regionally grown and produced food with a known origin has become increasingly stronger, which has also increased the willingness to invest more in precisely these food products.
Our goal is to support farmers in developing their own food products directly on the farm in order to expand their own added value as well as the range of regionally produced food. Above all, locally produced foodstuffs are to be given a new status and a place in the trade and thus the potential of a new source of income is to be brought closer to agriculture.
Especially good is our Certificate is particularly well suited to make your food startup ready in one year with our coaches. Initial food technology know-how, such as product development, preservation or declarations is taught on of our open platform imparted. Our other cooperation partners of the Cluster Nutrition from KErn (Competence Center for Nutrition) and the eco-model region Kulturraum Ampertal will additionally offer their support in the areas of networking, marketing, distribution, etc., in order to expand the offer for sustainably and regionally produced food.
