These are the FoodNextGens 2024:

❇️ Nootz : Tassilo Schwendtke brings the tropical feeling to us with his delicious coconut smoothies. Made from high-quality organic ingredients in Sri Lanka, the smoothies are available in mango 🥭, papaya, and pineapple 🍍 flavors. All smoothies are organic, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, and free of artificial additives.

❇️ Viva la Faba : Founders Ariana Alva Ferrari and Jan Haberzettl have developed an innovative plant-based cheese made from legumes. Their revolutionary protein platform, based on organic fabo beans, aims to transform the food industry and offer consumers high-quality, sustainable, and healthy cheese alternatives.

❇️ QISU : Javier Manrique presents a crispy snack and crouton made exclusively from 100% cheese – without any additives! This cheese-to-go is high in protein, gluten-free, and comes in 100% recyclable packaging.

❇️ RECHARGE with JUMA : The SPORTS DRINK from Carlos Lopez Granado combines the natural caffeine boost from the Guayusa leaf with electrolytes and vitamins. He has also developed a unique can with a screw cap.

❇️ Kooray : Founders Yael Hornik and Kevin Hornik make spicy curries easy with their natural, organic, 100% plant-based instant curry sauce powder. Simply add water and conjure up a delicious, restaurant-quality curry sauce in 3 minutes.

❇️ eleven ferments : Adam Mandoki launches his product portfolio of fermented foods with his Black Butter, where the nutty aroma of ghee meets the umami bombs of black garlic, shoyu and tamari sauce.

❇️ Ve: love food : Andreas Reck from Lake Constance offers modern flavors with traditional recipes. The organic products are based on local cuisine and contain only a few ingredients.

❇️ Foodasis : Ahmed El Gafarawi brings innovation to sustainable oriental cuisine. His vegan Garantita, a savory chickpea pastry, is gluten-free and made without artificial additives.

❇️ My Makery : Birgit Tantner has reimagined crispbread. Her chestnut crispbreads, made with 20% high-quality organic chestnut flour and 100% natural organic ingredients, are gluten-free, vegan, high in protein and fiber, and low in carbohydrates.
